Before your box heads out into the world, Peppy personally (and proudly!) makes sure it includes all “20+1” munch-and-fun surprises—no missing snacks, no forgotten treasures. Everything is then packed snugly into a sturdy shipping carton, ready to travel safely to your doorstep.

Why We Can’t Take Boxes Back
Peppy wants every explorer to enjoy snacks that are fresh, safe, and perfectly sealed. That’s why we’re not able to take boxes back once they’ve shipped — it helps us keep everything hygienic and ensures that every treat you receive is truly yours and yours alone.

Adventure sometimes comes with a bump or two, so if your box arrives damaged or missing an item, don’t worry! Just send us a quick email at hello@peppy-panda.com within 5 days, and we’ll make it right. Peppy is always here to help!
